How do returns work?
- 60 days to swap or return.
- Unworn, unwashed, tags on, in the original packaging.
- Add free returns at checkout for $2.98 AUD or $4.47 NZD. Otherwise you pay return postage.
- Free gifts go back with a refund.
- Altered pairs can't be returned.
What if they don't fit?
We swap the size free if you added free returns and exchanges at checkout. Right size but not quite right? We pay for a professional alteration, up to NZ$40 or local equivalent.
How do I wash them?
Warm wash, cool tumble dry.
Are they see-through when I bend?
No. They're squat-proof and fully opaque.
What's the warranty?
Lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects in the core structure: main seams, primary zips and main fabric panels. Pockets, belt loops and similar trims generally aren't covered.
