  • Yes, we ship our products to NZ , Australia, USA, Canada and the UK. Shipping costs and options are clearly outlined at checkout before purchase

  • No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprises at the door.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes - we offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit within 60 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • You’ve got 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

  • If approved, you’ll get a full refund for the item price (excluding return shipping unless we sent the wrong item).

    We don’t charge restocking fees.

  • Swap them. You've got 60 days from purchase to exchange for a different size, or send them back for a full refund or store credit. No restocking fees, no forms, no dramas. Start it through our returns portal and we'll take it from there.

  • Course you can. Try them on at home, check the fit, have a squat. Just keep the tags on and don't wear them to work or wash them. If they come back worn or washed we can't resell them, so we can't refund them.

  • If you added Checkout+ at checkout, return postage is on us and you'll get a prepaid label through the portal. If you skipped it, you cover the cost of posting it back. Either way, if you're exchanging, we ship the replacement out to you free.

  • The full item price, to your original payment method. Original shipping isn't refunded unless we sent you the wrong thing, in which case that's our mistake and our cost, all of it.

  • If you're returning the whole order for a refund, yes, the free gifts come back with it. If they don't, we deduct their retail value from your refund. If you're only exchanging a size, you still keep them.

  • Socks and underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Any products returned for defect or warranty claim must be returned clean and dry. If returned soiled or in unhygienic state, this places the health of our staff at risk and your refund may be denied.

Don't be a grub, and everything will be fine.

Warranty & Repair

  • Hell yeah. Everything we sell has a 90-day manufacturing defect warranty. Our core garments go further: a lifetime warranty on the core structure, meaning the main seams, main fabric panels and the primary zip. If the product page says lifetime warranty, it's got it.

  • Manufacturing defects in the bits that make the garment a garment: a main seam splitting, a fly zip letting go, main fabric tearing at a stress point because it was built wrong.

It doesn't cover pocket zips, belt loops, buttons, reflective strips or logos, and it doesn't cover wear and tear.

Workwear is built to be destroyed. If you've destroyed it doing your job, that's the job, not a defect.

  • Our warranties are provided in addition to your rights under consumer protection laws in Australia and New Zealand.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

Where a product has a failure that cannot reasonably be remedied or is considered substantial under applicable consumer law, you are entitled to reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement.

    How to Make a Claim

    Step 1: Contact Us

    Email admin@wolfworkwear.comwith the following information:

    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the defect
(Claims cannot be assessed without photos.)

    Step 2: Assessment

We’ll review your claim and confirm whether it’s covered under warranty or applicable consumer law.

    Remedy Options

    Repair (Preferred for Remediable Failures)

Where a failure is capable of being remedied:

    • Have the item repaired at a local tailor or repair shop
    • Send us the repair receipt, photos of the completed repair, and your claim number
    • We’ll issue store credit equal to the repair cost

This approach minimises downtime and keeps your gear in service.

    Replacement or Refund

    If:

    • The defect cannot reasonably be repaired, or
    • The failure is considered substantial under applicable consumer law

You may choose a replacement or refund, in line with your legal rights.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

    What’s Not Covered

    • Chemical, acid, or spark damage
    • Normal wear and tear (holes, abrasion, fraying)
    • Fading or colour change
    • Damage from washing, drying, or storage
    • Pet damage
    • Customer-made alterations
    • Normal stretching or shrinkage

    Care Instructions

Machine wash cold with mild detergent.
    Warm tumble dry.

Do not use fabric softener or stain removers, as these damage reflective materials.

If industrial laundries treat your gear like it’s being cleaned in lava and dried in the fires of hell, that’s outside warranty coverage.

    Coverage

    This warranty applies worldwide.

Customers in Australia and New Zealand are additionally protected under Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
