At Wolf Workwear, we’re committed to delivering top-notch gear that meets your highest expectations. We understand that things might not always go as planned, so we’ve put together a straightforward policy for returns, exchanges, and warranties to ensure you have peace of mind with every purchase.

Got the wrong size? Prefer a different colour? No problem! We offer hassle-free exchanges at no extra cost for AUS customers.

NZ and International returns/exchanges are at the customers expense.

How to Make a Return or Exchange: You can return items for an exchange or refund within 35 days of purchase. Just make sure the items are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Basically, they should be fit to be resold. Once your items have been received and inspected, we will send you the replacement items or issue a store credit.

Received the Wrong Item?

Mistakes happen and we apologise if they occur. If you receive a different item than what you ordered, please contact us via our contact form so we can sort it out and send you the correct item.

Use It and Abuse It Guarantee

We're so confident in the quality and durability of our gear that we offer a unique guarantee. Go ahead and put your new Wolf Workwear items to the test. If they don't meet your expectations, even after use, you can contact us within 35 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Claim: Send us a message through our contact form with a brief explanation of what didn't meet your expectations. We value your feedback as it helps us improve.

Condition: Products must be returned to us immediately after claim application. Please wash and dry the used items before returning them. This helps us maintain a good relationship with our courier partners. Once we receive your used gear, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks for postage and processing.

Fair Use: We review these guarantee claims on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a claim if we suspect abuse of this policy, ensuring it remains available for all genuine customers.

Warranty

We craft our products with the utmost care, but sometimes errors occur. Here’s how our warranty covers you:

Coverage: All Wolf Workwear items come with a minimum 90-day warranty covering significant manufacturing defects that render the product unusable. (excluding general wear and tear).

Heat pressed and printed reflective materials have a special 35-day warranty. Manufacturing defects will show up in this time. While we use the best possible practices when adding these materials, the adhesive is very susceptible to being broken down by high temperature laundering.
We strongly recommend to wash in cold water and hang dry to prevent damage, and ensure longevity of the reflective material.

Claims: If you spot a defect, we’ll replace the item. Just reach out to us at admin@wolfworkwear.com with the following details:
