We offer hassle-free exchanges with no restocking fees. Simply return the items to us at the address below, and contact us via our online form with the tracking number of your returned items. Once received and inspected, we will quickly process your exchange or refund.

How to Make a Return or Exchange
You can return or exchange items within 35 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached, and be in their original packaging—basically, ready to be resold.

Warranty
We pride ourselves on crafting products of exceptional quality, but occasionally issues can occur. Here's how our warranty protects you:
Coverage: All Wolf Workwear products carry a minimum 90-day warranty against significant manufacturing defects (excluding regular wear and tear).
Heat-pressed and printed reflective materials carry a 35-day warranty, as defects typically appear within this period. Reflective materials are sensitive to high temperatures, so we strongly recommend washing in cold water and air-drying to preserve their integrity.

- Name
- Phone Number
- Order ID
- Description of Defect
- Clear Photos of the Defect
We'll assess your claim and promptly arrange a replacement if applicable.
Socks and Underwear: The Untouchables
Due to hygiene considerations, socks and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
