30 days to decide - Return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase for any reason.

No restocking fees - We don't charge you extra for changes of mind.

Simple requirements - Items just need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

How It Works

  3. Email us the tracking number via our contact form (super important - helps us find your return quickly)

  4. We'll process your exchange, refund, or store credit once package is received and inspected.

Important: Our warehouse handles thousands of packages daily, so including your details and tracking info prevents delays or lost returns.

What You Pay

  • Return shipping: You cover the cost to send items back
  • Exchange shipping: We'll send your new items out free
