You'll get an order confirmation email straight after placing your order. Our team picks and packs promptly and hands over to the carrier.
Because Wolf serves customers across the globe, we ship from multiple fulfilment centres, including two locations in Australia and a strategically placed hub in China that helps us reach the rest of the world efficiently. Depending on what's in your order, your gear may ship from one or more of these locations. If your order ships from more than one, it may arrive in separate deliveries, sometimes on different days, so don't worry if part of your order turns up first.
Once each parcel is moving you'll get a tracking link to follow it in real time. Your gear is delivered by trusted carrier partners to the address you provided. There are no additional customs or import charges to pay on delivery — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
