The Wolf-Tough Fit Guarantee
You can't try workwear on before you buy it online, so we've taken the risk off you. For 60 days you've got three ways to get the fit right:
- Swap it. Wrong size? Exchange it through our returns portal and we'll ship the replacement out to you free.
- Alter it, on us. Right size, not quite right? Check in with us, get it altered by a professional and we'll pay for it, up to NZ$40 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
- Send it back. Not for you? Return it unworn, unwashed and with tags on for a full refund.
Alterations on us
Every body is different. Sometimes the right size still needs a tweak: a hem taken up, a waistband taken in, sleeves shortened. If your gear needs a minor alteration to fit you properly, we'll cover the cost, up to NZ$40 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
How to claim
- Try it on at home first. Keep the tags on until you know it's a keeper.
- Check in with us before you alter anything. Email admin@wolfworkwear.com with your order number, the alteration you want and, ideally, a photo of the item on. A lot of fit issues are sorted by going one size up or down, so we'll check the fit first. If a swap is the better fix, we'll set that up. If not, we'll give you the go-ahead.
- Take it to a professional. Any tailor or alterations shop near you. Stretch fabric? Ask for a coverstitch or stretch hem so the stitching moves with you.
- Send us the proof. Within 60 days of delivery, email admin@wolfworkwear.com the itemised receipt and a photo of the finished item. The receipt needs the business name, their ABN, NZBN or company number, the work done and the amount paid.
- Get paid back. We refund the cost, up to NZ$40 (or local equivalent), to your original payment method, or as store credit if you'd prefer.
The fine print
- Alterations must be approved by us before the work is done. Alterations made without approval can't be reimbursed.
- Any product qualifies unless it was bought as sale or clearance stock. Multi-packs and first-order codes still qualify.
- One claim per item.
- Minor alterations only: hems, waist take-ins and similar. Not a full resize or restyle.
- If the tailor charges more than NZ$40 (or local equivalent), the difference is yours to cover.
- Altered items can't be returned or refunded.
- The altered area isn't covered by our warranty. The rest of the garment still is.
- Alterations that cut, move or remove reflective tape aren't covered, and the garment's hi-vis rating no longer applies.
- The work must be done by a registered business. Receipts from friends or family can't be accepted. We may contact the tailor to confirm the work.
- Nothing here affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
