Wolf Workwear – Try Before You Buy Terms & Conditions

When you use the Try Before You Buy (TBYB) option on our website, you're agreeing to the following terms. This service is provided in partnership with Try with Mirra.

1. Payment Commitment

By selecting the TBYB option, you're committing to pay for any item(s) you choose to keep. You authorise us to securely store your payment details through Shopify’s gateway and to charge your card accordingly once your trial period ends.

2. Pre-Authorisation Hold

A pre-authorisation hold may be placed on your card for the full order value. This isn’t a charge, but it ensures funds are available.

  • If you return all items during the trial period, the hold will be released.

  • If you keep some or all items, your card will be charged for what you keep, and the remaining hold (if any) will be released.

3. Trial Period & Completion

You’ll have 3 days from the date of delivery to try your items and decide what to keep.

  • You must complete your order in the customer portal before the trial ends.

  • If you don’t finalise your choices in time, we’ll assume you’re keeping everything and charge the full order amount to your card.

  • Items approved for return must be posted back to us within 10 days from the end of the trial period.

4. Care & Responsibility

During the trial, you’re responsible for the care of all items.

  • Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging).

  • We get it — you’ll want to try it on. Just make sure it’s done indoors, with care, and without removing tags.

  • If the original packaging is missing, you will be held liable for the cost of replacement.

  • If any item is returned soiled, damaged, covered in pet hair, or otherwise not in resellable condition due to customer negligence, the full price of the item will be charged. If you’d like that item sent back to you, you’ll also be responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Returns

To avoid being charged, initiate your return before your trial ends via the customer portal.

  • Items must be shipped back within 10 days of confirming your return.

  • Items not returned within this timeframe may be charged at full price.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged Returns

We reserve the right to charge for items returned in poor condition. If you’ve worn them like you’ve already bought them, we’ll treat them like you have, and charge accordingly.

7. Failed Payment

If your payment doesn’t go through, we’ll contact you for an alternative method. If we can’t recover payment after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to engage debt collection services.

8. Restocking Fees

We may apply a small, non-refundable restocking or return label fee for items sent back through TBYB. This will be clearly outlined during your checkout.

9. Payment Security

Your payment info is securely stored and handled by Shopify. Once your order is finalised, payment info will be deleted except as needed to process your order.

10. Disputes

Wolf Workwear is not liable for any misuse, damage, or incorrect use of the TBYB service caused by the user. Any Disputes will be mediated with the customer directly.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to new orders going forward and will be available on our website.

12. Abuse of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or deny TBYB access to anyone misusing the service — including repeated returns of the same item.
