Workwear is made to be destroyed, yet we proudly offer one of the best warranty periods for workwear worldwide. We want you to have peace of mind that if any of our products shit the bed due to manufacturing defects, we will make it right.
Built to last, repaired to endure. Our warranty isn't about giving you new gear - it's about keeping your trusted workwear out of landfills and in service where it belongs. Far too much clothing ends up in landfills that can be easily repaired. We believe the most sustainable workwear is the gear you already own.
What's Covered
90-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty
All Wolf Workwear items get minimum 90-day coverage for significant manufacturing defects that render the product unusable (excluding general wear and tear).
Lifetime Manufacturing Defect Warranty
Selected products only - covers clear manufacturing defects to the main parts that hold your garment together.
What we cover: The core structure - main seams, primary zippers (like front fly), main fabric panels
What we don't cover: Add-ons like pockets, belt loops, buttons, reflective strips, logos
Examples of covered defects:
- Front fly zipper pull tab falls off the zipper track
- Main seam splits along the leg or back
- Main fabric tears at stress points due to poor construction
- Primary zipper teeth separate from fabric
What Does "Unusable" Mean?
Simple test: Can you still wear it to work safely and appropriately?
Unusable (we cover):
- Front fly zipper breaks = can't wear it
- Main seam failure = compromises the garment
Still usable (not covered):
- Pocket zipper fails = garment still works fine
- Pocket stitching comes loose = doesn't affect main function
How to Make a Claim
Step 1: Contact Us
Email admin@wolfworkwear.com with:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Order ID
- Description of the problem
- Clear photos of the defect (no photo = no claim)
Step 2: We Review
We'll assess your claim quickly and let you know if it's covered.
Step 3A: Repair Option (Our Preferred Solution)
- Get your gear fixed at any local tailor/repair shop
- Send us the receipt + photos of completed repair + your claim number
- We'll give you store credit for the repair cost
- You keep working, no downtime!
Step 3B: Replacement Option
If repair isn't possible, we'll replace your item once only during its lifetime.

- Chemical/acid/spark damage

Care Instructions
What good is workwear that can't be washed and chucked in the dryer? We agree!
The basics:
- Machine wash cold with mild detergent, warm tumble dry.
- DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER OR STAIN REMOVER - kills reflective material
- If the industrial minesite laundry cleans your gear in lava, and dries it with the fires of hell, that's not our problem.

Q: What if I can't find a local repair shop?
A: Contact us - we may ask you to ship the item to us for repair.
Q: Can I get cash instead of store credit for repairs?
A: No, we only offer store credit for repair reimbursements.
Q: What if my replacement item is no longer available?
A: We'll offer an equivalent current model or store credit.
