For best results and longevity, gentle machine wash and hang dry is recommended, however, your Wolf Workwear products are generally safe in household domestic dryers. DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER OR STAIN REMOVER PRODUCTS. These will destroy the reflective material.
SAFETY GLASSES:
Polycarbonate lenses are impact resistant, but not scratchproof. If your glasses become heavily soiled, we recommend washing as much debris off as possible with running water, then gently wiping with lens wipes or tissue paper.

What’s Covered
90-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty (All Products)
Covers significant manufacturing defects that arise within 90 days of purchase and render the product unusable, excluding normal wear and tear.
Lifetime Manufacturing Defect Warranty (Selected Products Only)
Covers clear manufacturing defects in the core structural components of the garment for its usable lifetime.

If a non-core component fails due to a manufacturing defect and makes the garment unsafe or unwearable, it may still be assessed under applicable consumer law.
Examples of Covered Manufacturing Defects
- Front fly zipper pull detaches from the zipper track
- Main seam splits along the leg or rear
- Main fabric tears at stress points due to poor construction
- Primary zipper teeth separate from the fabric
What Does “Unusable” Mean?
Simple test: Can you still wear it to work safely and appropriately?

How to Make a Claim
Step 1: Contact Us
Email admin@wolfworkwear.com with the following information:
- Name
- Phone number
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
(Claims cannot be assessed without photos.)
Step 2: Assessment
We’ll review your claim and confirm whether it’s covered under warranty or applicable consumer law.
Remedy Options
Repair (Preferred for Remediable Failures)
Where a failure is capable of being remedied:
- Have the item repaired at a local tailor or repair shop
- Send us the repair receipt, photos of the completed repair, and your claim number
- We’ll refund the repair cost to your original payment method, up to NZ$40 (or the equivalent in your local currency)
If a repair is going to cost more than that, contact us before you book it and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund instead.
This approach minimises downtime and keeps your gear in service.
Replacement or Refund
If:
- The defect cannot reasonably be repaired, or
- The failure is considered substantial under applicable consumer law
You may choose a replacement or refund, in line with your legal rights.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
What’s Not Covered
- Chemical, acid, or spark damage
- Normal wear and tear (holes, abrasion, fraying)
- Fading or colour change
- Damage from washing, drying, or storage
- Pet damage
- The altered area of an altered garment, and any damage the alteration causes (the rest of the garment stays covered)
- Normal stretching or shrinkage
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold with mild detergent.
Warm tumble dry.
Do not use fabric softener or stain removers, as these damage reflective materials.
If industrial laundries treat your gear like it’s being cleaned in lava and dried in the fires of hell, that’s outside warranty coverage.

This warranty applies worldwide.
Customers in Australia and New Zealand are additionally protected under Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Blown away to say the least.
I’ve cycled a few different pairs of work pants looking for something that breathes in the heat, is durable but still doesn’t hinder me moving around as I’m up and down scaffolds all day.
This is absolutely the pair, just done my first week in them and they are the best pair I’ve ever bought, tryna get the boys at work onto them.

I bought these 8 months ago, and they’re still going strong! There’s no wear or tear at all, and the sizing is really good. They’re so comfy! and I can wear them in refrigerated areas for hours and still stay nice and warm.
I’m 175 cm tall and really struggle to find pants that fit well that are still comfortable enough to bend and squat in, but these are perfect. I love them so much!
These pants are so comfortable. They stretch and move with me, and I do a lot of bending as a gardener. I love how many pockets they have, especially ones with zippers. They also have a reinforced knee so you don't have to worry about ripping holes.
Hands down,the most comfortable and hard wearing gear I've ever worn underground. I was kindly given a pair of Wolf workwear pants to trial. I couldn't understand why they were so comfortable. Infact,the most comfortable pants I had ever worn on this 49yr old carcass! Ever! That single pair of pants got absolutely thrashed. Worn every shift underground for over a year. I'd take them home after every shift and wash and dry them and wear them again the next day,then the next etc. Tried to get the mine manager to get on board with Wolf workwear on site and ended up buying more myself.
